How much is delivery?

Delivery will be calculated at the checkout,depending upon the goods ordered and the size of your order.As a guide a bike will normally cost approx. £15 to deliver.

Delivery charges may be different to certain parts of Scotland,please ring or email us with your address, if you live in the Highlands.

How long will delivery take?

Our normal delivery time is 48 hours, (2 working days), Mondays to Fridays (8am til 6pm) providing your item is in stock.

"Working Days" excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays

If your selected item(s) is not in stock we will contact you to inform you before processing your order.

If you elect to pay by cheque, please allow an additional 5 working days from our likely receipt of your cheque for the payment to clear.

Do you deliver to non-mainland UK addresses?

No,we only deliver to the mainland.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Sorry, we can only deliver to UK addresses.

Do you deliver on Saturdays?

No, sorry.

Will someone need to be in to sign for the bike/bikes?

Yes, the delivery driver will need a signature for the goods.

What if no one is available to sign for the goods?

The delivery driver will attempt to re-deliver the goods the next working day. A card may be left to inform you of this.

What happens if there is still no one in after the second delivery attempt?

A card is usually left by the delivery driver to inform you that the goods have been taken back to your nearest depot for collection.

Will I be informed prior to delivery of the estimated delivery date?

We will do our best to inform you email of the estimated delivery date.

Do I need to assemble my new bike?

All bicycles are between 75% and 95% built already, but you will be required to complete the assembly yourself. Clearly any mistakes you make will have an impact on the warranty.

Do I need any special skills to assemble my bike?

Instructions are provided with every new bike, but a certain degree of skill is required to build a bike properly. You will be responsible for making sure that the finished product meets BS6102 part 1.

Do all your bikes come with a warranty?

Yes, all our bikes are covered by a full manufacturer's warranty of at least 1 year. This will exclude damage caused by wear and tear accident, misuse or neglect, as well as any errors you make in the final assembly.

You will be required to return the bike to our Leeds store for inspection and repair work to be undertaken. In the case of a dispute we will be bound by the manufacturers decision.
